PROJECT BRIEF

This project is an architectural interiors design exercise focused on the interior fit-out renovation of a two-bedroom condominium unit. The study explores how contemporary interior architecture can improve spatial efficiency, comfort, and material expression within a compact residential layout. Emphasis is placed on clear spatial organization, functional zoning, and the integration of built-in elements to support everyday living.

The design approach applies a contemporary–industrial aesthetic using wood, concrete, natural stone, and glass to create a cohesive and minimalist interior environment. Through plan layouts, elevations, and hand-drawn interior perspectives, the exercise investigates how materiality, light, and proportion can elevate residential interiors while maintaining practicality and clarity in design.
